FAQs - Vacuum Parts, Service and Repair
What services do you offer?
We service all types of vacuums and carpet shampooers. The ability to repair a machine will depend upon whether the parts are still available. We cannot access repair parts for Shark and Kenmore vacuums.
What do you specialize in?
We carry bags and belts for most vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaners, as well as cleaning solutions for water-based carpet cleaners, dry clean carpet machines, and Kirby carpet cleaning accessories.
What are the rates of your services?
Rates will depend upon the type of machine and the cost of parts (where necessary). Estimates are free for most machines. There is an estimate fee of $24.95+tax for water-based machines (eg. shampooers, Rainbows). If you decide to service or repair your water-based machine, the estimate fee will be applied to your service or repair.
What type of warranty do you provide?
There is a 90 day warranty from the date of pickup, only for machines that we have serviced. There is no warranty on consumables such as belts, bags and roller brushes, or the bench labor to replace them.
What if I need a part?
In order to determine what bag/belt/roller brush/part you need, please either bring the part, the vacuum or the exact make and model from the serial plate of your machine. A manufacturer may have many different belts or bags, and we cannot get you the right part with just the manufacturer and name of the vacuum. In many cases, we can order a part for you.
Due to supply chain issues, we cannot tell you exactly when your part will be in.
Do you take appointments?
No, we do not take appointments. You will need to check your machine in and it waits its turn until the technician can take it apart and give you an estimate.
What other services do you offer?
We rent Bissell Big Green Clean machines and Host dry cleaning machines.
What are your terms and conditions?
Machines left over 30 days after completion may be subject to sale for the cost of the repair or service.
